Laura Vanderkam is the author of a book I recently read and I have started reading her blog as well. It's great and I love it, especially this one and this one.
I am a little embarrassed to admit that this made me cry. "I wrap you close to me so that we can talk quietly, distract you from your remaining discomfort, get you ready for sleep, and bring you nearer to whatever it is inside of me that reassures you, it's alright" - so sweet!
I have recently come to the conclusion that I don't handle grains all that well. Really shouldn't be that big of a surprise considering all the problems with modern wheat.
